These terms cover your use of the Aviance Technologies website and the free tools on it. A paid project is covered by the written proposal you accept, not by this page alone.

Using the site

You may browse the site and use the free tools for your own work. You may not use the site to break the law, to probe or disrupt the service, or to copy the site and present it as your own.

Free tools

Calculators, checkers, and generators are planning aids. A result can be wrong, out of date, or unfit for your situation. Check anything important before you rely on it. Finance and tax tools are not advice.

Image tools upload the file you choose. We remove those files from our server after 10-15 minutes. Do not upload a file you are not allowed to use.

AI tools send the text you type in order to return a result. Do not include secrets. You are responsible for what you submit and for how you use the result.

Your material and ours

You keep the rights to text, files, and other material you send us. The writing, design, and code of this website belong to Aviance Technologies. You may share a link to a page. You may not republish the site as your own.

Proposals and paid work

Sending the proposal form does not create a contract. We reply within one business day with scope, a timeline, and a number you can plan around. Work starts when both sides have agreed that scope in writing. On a paid engagement, you own the code we write for you, as the proposal describes.

Liability

The site and the free tools are provided as they are. We are not liable for decisions you make from a tool result, or for a loss caused by a site interruption. Nothing on this page limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
