This notice explains what Aviance Technologies collects when you use this website, and what we do with it.

Who we are

Aviance Technologies designs and builds websites, online stores, and custom software. Questions about this notice go to hello@aviancetechnologies.com.

Information you send us

The proposal form asks for your name, work email, the kind of work you need, a budget range, your company, and a short note about the project. We use that to reply with scope, a timeline, and a number you can plan around.

If you comment on an article, the comment form stores the name, email, and comment you submit.

Information collected while you browse

The server that hosts this site keeps ordinary technical logs, such as the address of the page, the time of the request, and the browser you used. We use those logs to keep the site running and to look into faults.

Free tools

Image tools upload the file you choose so the tool can process it. Those files are stored in a separate folder and are removed from our server after 10-15 minutes.

AI tools send the text you type so they can return a result. Do not paste passwords, private customer data, or anything you would not put in an email.

Calculators and checkers run in your browser. The figures they show are estimates for planning. They are not financial, tax, or legal advice.

How long we keep it

Proposal messages are kept for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation. Image uploads are deleted after 10-15 minutes. You can ask us to delete a message you sent.

Who else sees it

We do not sell personal information. A hosting company and an email provider process it so the site and our replies can work. We share it if the law requires us to.

Your choices

Email hello@aviancetechnologies.com to ask what we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
