How to use the Twitter Card Generator
- Choose the card type.
- Enter the title, description, and image.
- Copy the twitter: card tags into the page head.
What to check
A large image card needs an image URL that is public. Private or blocked images will not appear in the card.
What is the difference between the card types?
A summary card is compact. A summary_large_image card shows a wide image above the text.
Do I still need Open Graph tags?
Many platforms fall back to Open Graph. Fill in both if the same page is shared in more than one place.
