JioFi is a portable broadband device brought to you by Reliance Digital. You need to follow the below steps to Troubleshoot Internet Connectivity Issues of the Jiofi Device<\/p>\n

Step I – Open the back cover of your JioFi device and reinsert active Jio SIM in the SIM slot<\/p>\n

Step II – Make sure that the JioFi device is switched ON, Battery is sufficiently charged & WiFi on the connected device is ON<\/p>\n

Step III – If it is OFF, check settings and turn ON the WiFi device<\/p>\n

Step IV – Check if the status of the JioFi device name SSID listed is connected<\/p>\n

Step V – It is not connected, select the JioFi SSID and enter the password to connect. The default password is printed at the back of the JioFi device beneath the battery and is case sensitive<\/p>\n
